Returns & Exchanges
At Kente Beauty, we take pride in creating high-quality skincare and haircare products with care and intention. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Opened skincare products
• Opened haircare products
• Used cosmetic items
• Products damaged through misuse
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Allergies & Sensitivities
While all Kente Beauty products are dermatologically tested, individual sensitivities may occur.
We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.
Kente Beauty cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin or scalp type.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kente Beauty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The incorrect product was sent
• The item arrived damaged
• The product was defective upon arrival
