Shipping Policy

Payment Terms

We accept EFT (bank transfers) and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Please make sure that your billing and shipping information appears as on your credit card statement. If any of the information you provide differs, your order may be placed on hold until all information is verified.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment clearance. Orders placed over the weekend will be processes Monday morning unless it is a holiday.

Shipping / Delivery

Once your order has been processed, the parcel will be handed over to our courier company for delivery. Delivery will be free of charge within South Africa for any order valued R500 and above. Our delivery times are within 2 working days for main city centers and within 5 working days for outlying areas.


Please note: Door to door service will be available only to orders based in main city centers. If you leave outside (outlaying areas) you will be notified and a counter to counter delivery will be activated through The South African Postal Services.

We will not be responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Kente Beauty is dedicated to satisfy our clients and customers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you are entitled for cash refund or exchange of product - only by the following criteria:

Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send an email to customerservice@humanhairtrader.com stating your reason.

Goods must be returned with original invoice for investigation.

Returned merchandise must be in their original packaging, with their original tags.

As a necessary health precaution, the items returned must NOT have been used,  damaged nor altered in ANY way. 

Products exchanged must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

Our Customer Service department reserves the right to disallow any refund or exchange at their sole discretion based on this requirement.

Merchandise must be physically received before a return can be granted. Please allow 72h upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. For goods to return we can arrange pick up by our courier service. When choosing your own shipping provider we recommend using a signature confirmation service and insurance.

We shall not be held responsibility for any lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the wrong address.

In the unlikely event of an defective product, please contact us directly +27 82 3585655 within 7 calendar days of purchase for replacement.
